Can I pause/transfer my subscription or can I transfer my credits?
Pausing a subscription is not a feature we currently offer. Once you purchase a plan, it will either expire or renew after 30 days. You may contact our support team to request a possible plan extension as a one-time exception.
Transferring a subscription or credits to another account is also not something we offer by default. However, you can consider adding team members if you are on a Business plan or higher:
