Lost access to my account or seeing usage that you do not recognize

If you used email login, you should be able to recover your account using the Forgot password option at the bottom of our login page.

If you logged in via Google or GitHub, you will need to recover or reset your password on their end.

If you use AI agents to help you write code, try to avoid sharing your API key with them, as they may expose it to other users.

If you notice credits being used when you are not actively scraping, or if you see targets you do not recognize on the Analytics page, you should reset your API key or your account password. You can reset your API key here:

Your account password can be reset on our login page. If you signed up using Google or GitHub, the password must be changed through their respective services.
