How to use Proxy Mode in Postman

If you need to use our proxies in the Postman app, please follow the below steps:



  1. In the Postman app, open your workspace and click on the agent selector on the bottom right side of your screen




  1. Click on 'Desktop Agent' and then click on 'Download Desktop Agent'


  1. Install and Run the 'Postman Agent' app


  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right side of your screen and then click on Settings



  1. Click on 'Proxy' to enter the following details


→ Uncheck 'Use system proxy'→ Check 'Use custom proxy configuration'→ Check HTTP and HTTPS in 'Proxy type'→ Enter 'proxy.scrapingbee.com' and '8886' in 'Proxy server'→ Check 'Proxy auth'→ Enter your API key in 'Username'→ Enter render_js=false in 'Password'


Once done, your configuration should look something like this:




  1. Close the window and that's it!
